OPTION $995

With this option, we list your house on MLS and MLS.ca, our internet site, color photo feature sheets, tasteful signage, take-one-boxes, feedback from realtors, virtual tours , open houses etc. We track hits on your house and send you feedback regularly from showings the minute feedback is received! Appointments are booked with you as the seller setting up times for all the 5,000 realtors out there to bring in their buyers!

With this option, a fee of $995 is paid to our office and a fee of 3.5% of the first $100,000 and 1.5% of the balance is paid to the realtor who brings in the buyer. All fees are paid once the buyer take possession of your house - no fees up front!

The $995 option requires a Buyer Agreement that simply states you will use our services to purchase your next home. One of our realtors will go through the details with you but its really a no-brainer and you literally save thousands. No gimmicks. We promise!

HERE’S AN EXAMPLE: 

Say your house sells for $450,000. Normally, you’d be paying $17,500 in real estate commissions. If you would have used our services to sell your house you would be paying $9,745 for the exact same service! THAT’S A SAVINGS OF OVER $7,700 not including the gst you’d save!



OPTION  ONE PERCENT (1%)

With the 1% option, we list your house on MLS and MLS.ca, our internet site, color photo feature sheets, tasteful signage, take-one-boxes, feedback from realtors, virtual tours , open houses etc. We track hits on your house and send you feedback regularly from showings the minute feedback is received! Appointments are booked with you as the seller setting up times for all the 5,000 realtors out there to bring in their buyers! The difference between this option and the $995 option is that with this particular option there is no need to have to buy your next house through us.

Say your house sells for $450,000. Normally, you’d be paying $17,500 in real estate commissions. If you would have used our services to sell your house you would be paying $13,250. THAT’S A SAVINGS OF OVER $4,000 not including the gst you’d save as well!
