Here’s the plan…
$995 gst I list your property and this is the fee I charge. A realtor who represents the buyer is also paid a commission that you decide is appropriate when you list the property with me. Typically the buying realtor earns 3.5% of the first $100,000 and 1.5% of the balance of the sale price. On a $400,000 home, you save nearly $9,500 by using the Get Ahead - Faster program!
All I ask is that you sign a Buyer’s Agreement where you agree to use my services when purchasing your next home!
